Hi my name is Connie Brady. I am a proud mother of four who enjoys spending time with my family. I started making hair bows for my oldest daughter Savannah who is nicknamed "Tootsie" when she was baby. (No secret on how I came up with the company name). I found it difficult to find cute bows at affordable prices to match her adorable outfits that she would quickly outgrow. So I decided I would make them myself. I have enjoyed making bows for my girls as well as family and friends. I feel that no outfit is complete without a hair bow and we shouldn't have to dip into their college fund!
